PASS Is Your Collective Voice in Congress

• The PASS Legislative Department is the primary liaison between Congress and PASS members. PASS testifies before Congress and lobbies frequently on Capitol Hill on issues that concern our members. The Legislative Department works to promote aviation safety and the rights of the federal employees we represent.
• To keep PASS members up-to-date on legislation that is critical to the aviation industry and federal employees, the PASS Legislative Department monitors congressional activities and hearings and generates a biweekly Legislative Update, which is mailed to all PASS Political Action Committee (PAC) contributors.
