After several meetings between PASS and FAA Technical Operations to discuss how they could work together in a more collaborative fashion, leaders from the two groups decided to form a Joint Leadership Team (JLT) with a focus on identifying issues of mutual interest and working together toward shared solutions. The Tech Ops-PASS JLT is comprised of members from the PASS Executive Board and Tech Ops executive leadership. The main purpose of the JLT is to create, foster and model collaboration and mutual trust, create thriving organizations within both Tech Ops and PASS that can address change, and build a model that demonstrates the benefits of working together versus apart.
