Raymond Baggett is serving in his third term as Region III vice president after a brief hiatus from the role. As a PASS member for nearly 30 years, and an electronics technician with the FAA, Baggett’s union activity has been consistent. Most recently, he served as regional assistant, Colorado chapter president and chair of the PASS National Safety Committee. Baggett is a veteran of the Air Force and Colorado Air National Guard.
