PASS Statement on Selection of Teri Bristol as ATO COO

Mike Perrone, national president of the Professional Aviation Safety Specialists, AFL-CIO (PASS), released the following statement congratulating Teri Bristol as the next chief operating officer (COO) of the FAA’s Air Traffic Organization (ATO).

“PASS recognizes the importance of appointing Teri Bristol as the next COO of the Air Traffic Organization. We have worked with Ms. Bristol for years and appreciate her professionalism, expertise and focus on the employees. When she served as Technical Operations vice president, Ms. Bristol was pivotal in improving the relationship between labor and management, including serving as a founding member of the Tech Ops-PASS Joint Leadership Team (JLT). I have no doubt that her over 20 years of FAA experience will be invaluable as she continues to serve the agency. PASS looks forward to continuing to work with Ms. Bristol in her new role as ATO COO.”
